Hoffman SummerWood is hosting the monthly Parkinson's Disease Support Group, co-facilitated by Pamela Atwood, MA, CDP and TJ Goldberg. This support group is open to people with Parksinon's Disease as well as their caregivers. The group will meet the second Wednesday of each month from 3 pm - 4:30 pm at Hoffman SummerWood, 160 Simsbury Road, West Hartford, CT.
